Party Wear

So around about now most of us try to find that perfect party outfit, with Christmas and New Year celebrations ahead we try to plan an outfit before the rush. It's probably the only time of the year where I would wear a bit of sequin and sparkle, saying that I've probably worn it before other than in December.

Sequins and bling are not to everyone's taste, including me, but I'm always up for trying new things especially if it's for an occasion. The above dress is something I bought for a work party while pregnant so needed a loose fitted dress but non-maternity so I could wear again. Sequins always appear in stores every year, especially around the festive season so you can never go wrong with it and will remain in your wardrobe for years.

Fell in love with the below dress as soon as I saw it! But I think most of the sizes have sold out now. It's from Topshop, Livonia by Unique £225, great for party season and to wear after.
